Confusion and Play of opposite forces - 1

Welcome to this first post of mine. I am writing this down just as I am feeling and there is no proof reading I will be doing and put it in nice thesis format, that's not the point.

Why do we have confusion in life? How do we understand it and what to do after understanding it?

Do we first understand that we have very least of our own stamp in our lives? that we are living according to a pre-defined story of the society, that it's just like a parrot trying to pick a placard among the lot it has been given to pick one from?

We have been greatly conditioned from our childhood to live, think, plan, react, talk in certain ways? and we cannot fix this whole damn thing overnight!

The society has certain templates of living, and it's mainly for the benefit of the rich and powerful people in the society. The highly powerful people exploit all others in this society including other forms of life and nature, we need not hate powerful people because of this, as in fact even they are part of the conditioning, so they can not help it either! Have compassion! What lets us to obey all of this shit-nonsense is our own hope, conditioning and the nature of the conditioning , by it I mean it is not easily disassociated with ....

We are so bewitched with (idea of) beauty be it music, opposite sex, objects, power or anything for that matter! Why? It gives us nice sensations, and we have been conditioned to think in terms of those things giving us pleasurable sensations and we are also conditioned to go after them! We are helplessly running after things to get PERCEIVED pleasure and/or running away from certain things to avoid PERCEIVED pain, helplessly, meaning even with an awareness of what's going on, we cannot come out of this mess that easily!

Is beauty really in the eyes of the beholder? If yes why do we give beauty to each and everything out there or ugliness to them in order to avoid them, fundamentally putting ourselves in trouble, not for the benefit of ourselves. A great conditioning!

ANother problem .... a person who starts understanding this confusion would be in great problem. Because it's a dark cave he/she realises is in, and no light is seen yet, others around are not able to fully co-operate with him/her with a compassion either because they have no time to become aware of the confusion themselves or to give this confusion a little more time because life is slipping by for them and they are busy not knowing what's actually going on!
